Ingredients
Ground Beef Ground Lamb Onion Garlic Parsley Cumin Salt Allspice Paprika Cinnamon Black Pepper
Assemble
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and pulse until smooth. Divide the meat mixture into even sections & shape into kebabs-like patties (or any shape you like).
Add kofta kebabs to the air fryer basket. Do not overlap. Cook 380 degrees for 12 minutes, turning halfway through.
Air Fryer
Place the kofta kebabs on a baking sheet and cook for 25-30 minutes at 350. Make sure the kofta has an internal temperature of 145F before serving.
Bake
Preheat an outdoor grill over medium heat, and lightly oil the grate. Cook the kebabs, turning occasionally (approximately 6 minutes for medium).

My favorite sides include: baba ganoush, hummus, garlic sauce, tabbouleh salad, olives, tzatziki sauce (Greek), grilled onions & tomatoes, and pita.
