SLOW COOKER/INSTANT POT BBQ PULLED CHICKEN

Ingredients

Chicken breasts BBQ sauce Italian salad dressing seasoning Chicken broth Salt & pepper

SLOW COOKER

Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir to mix well. Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6. Shred chicken.

 Pour the broth (or water)  into the pressure cooker. Add the chicken. Add Italian salad dressing mix. Pour BBQ sauce over chicken. Do not stir.

INSTANT POT

Close lid and seal vent. Cook high pressure, 13 minutes. Natural release 10 minutes then quick release remaining pressure. Shred chicken.

SERVE

Serve as a pulled chicken sandwich with slaw. If you are paleo, whole30 or low-carb ditch the bun & serve this plated or on lettuce wraps.
