Slow Cooker 

BBQ PULLED PORK

INGREDIENTS

Pork Shoulder |BBQ Sauce Apple Cider Vinegar Liquid Smoke |Broth Or Water SEASONING BLEND Salt | Paprika Dry Mustard | Onion Powder Garlic Powder | Pepper

In a small bowl, mix together all the seasonings until blended.  Season the pork evenly all over with all of the seasoning blend.

PREPARE THE PORK

Add BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar to the slow cooker. Stir to mix well. Add pork to the slow cooker and cover with BBQ sauce.

SLOW COOKER

Cook HIGH 4-5 hours or LOW 8-10.

Pour the broth/water into the Instant Pot. Add the prepared pork. Mix together the BBQ sauce & apple cider vinegar. Pour the mixture on top of the pork.  Do not stir.

INSTANT POT

Close lid and seal valve. Set high pressure and cook for 15 minutes per pound of pork.  When the cook time is done, let the pressure release naturally.

Remove pork from the Slow Cooker or Instant Pot and shred.

Place shredded pork back into the Slow Cooker or Instant Pot until ready to serve.
