CUMIN PAPRIKA LIME WHITE FISH

This cumin paprika lime white fish recipe is packed with flavor and can  be served many different ways. Air fry or cook this healthy low-carb,  paleo, whole30 fish on the stove-top in under 15 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

White Fish Cumin Smoked Paprika Lime Juice Garlic Cloves Oil Salt & Pepper

Rinse & pat dry the fish. Season lightly with salt & pepper. In a large bowl, add the oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt, garlic, and pepper. Stir to mix well.

AIR FRYER

Add the fish to the bowl. Marinate 20 minutes. Remove the fish from the marinade & add to the air fryer basket. Discard the marinade. Cook 10-14 minutes at 370°.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook 1  minute, stirring frequently. Lower heat to medium.  Pour in lime juice, and add the cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to mix well.

STOVE TOP

Season fish with salt & pepper. Add the fish to the pan. Cover and cook 5 minutes.  Flip the fish, re-cover and cook and additional 5 minutes or until fish is cooked through in the thickest part.

Before serving, top with the sauce from the pan & garnish with the fresh cilantro.
