Ingredients

  • 23 pounds chicken

Piri Piri Marinade:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together marinade ingredients. Add chicken and toss until all the pieces are evenly coated.
  2. Cover & refrigerate minimum 30 minutes.
  3. Discard marinade and add chicken tenders to the air fryer.
  4. Turn air fryer to 380 degrees and cook 15 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook an additional 10-15 minutes.
