Ingredients
- 2–3 pounds chicken
Piri Piri Marinade:
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together marinade ingredients. Add chicken and toss until all the pieces are evenly coated.
- Cover & refrigerate minimum 30 minutes.
- Discard marinade and add chicken tenders to the air fryer.
- Turn air fryer to 380 degrees and cook 15 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook an additional 10-15 minutes.
