- 1 pound shrimp, deveined & peeled
Marinade:
- 1/2 cup oil (I used extra-virgin olive oil)
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos (or low-sodium soy sauce)
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- Pinch salt & pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl or plastic bag, mix together the marinade ingredients. Add shrimp and toss until all shrimp are coated.
- Place bowl in the refrigerator and marinate for 30 minutes. When done, remove shrimp and discard the marinade.
- Set air fryer temperature for 350. Cook shrimp for 8 minutes, flipping shrimp halfway through cooking at the 4 minute mark.
