Good old kugel. I’ve posted it before because I absolutely love it. I make this pretty much every Jewish holiday. No, it’s not healthy hence why I reserve it for holidays only. Half cup sugar and half stick butter. Oy!!
I tried pulling a few out once they cooled and they got pretty stuck. However the ones I let sit overnight came out A LOT easier the next day. Lesson learned.
The recipe for my noodle kugel is below. Just swap out the 9×13 for muffin pans.
