As good of a cook that I think I am, my Mom is better. Way better. This is her cranberry sauce. She’s been serving it at Thanksgiving for years. Christmas too sometimes. While I didn’t make this (all the credit goes to my Mom), I’m sharing it anyway because it’s that amazing. You can definitely make this ahead of time but please note it will thicken even more overnight. Stay tuned. While Mother gets the credit for this one, I will definitely be making a slow cooker version soon.
