Salsa verde, also known as green sauce or tomatillo salsa, is a green salsa made with all-natural ingredients. Itβs the perfect whole 30 and paleo dipping sauce for your next fiesta!
Ingredients
- 1 lb tomatillos husks removed
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
Servings: cups
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Line a baking pan with foil. Lay the tomatillos, jalapeno, onion and garlic on the pan.
