  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Line a baking pan with foil. Lay the tomatillos, jalapeno, onion and garlic on the pan.
  3. Roast approximately 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are slightly charred.
  4. Add roasted veggies to food processor along with lime juice salt, cilantro and evoo.
  5. Pulse until desired consistency is achieved. Add more salt & pepper if needed.
  6. Store in refrigerator.
