I don’t know about y’all but I’m so over turkey right now. Too many leftovers I guess. Having said that, there’s no way in heck I’d throw away perfectly good meat. I had been wracking my brain for a creative way to use the last couple pounds when I came across this on lochin1‘s instagram page. I reached out to her and got the recipe. Which I changed but the inspiration was appreciated.The best part is that you literally throw everything in the slow cooker and that’s it. This came out fantastic. I repeat, fantastic. I used Flavor God’s Taco Tuesday seasoning. If you don’t have that, the original recipe used 1 tsp of the following: chili pepper, cumin & oregano.
