Here are healthy slow cooker buffalo chicken wings that are lactose-free, paleo, whole30, and use a homemade ranch mix! Serve these wings at your next game-day gathering, potluck or weekday snack.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 lbs wings

Sauce:

  • 3/4 cup hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp homemade ranch (see blog post)
  • 2 tbsp ghee, melted

Instructions

  1. Add wings to the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together sauce ingredients.
  3. Pour sauce into the slow cooker covering all the wings.
  4. Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6.

Optional but recommended steps:

  1. Remove wings from slow cooker. Line a baking sheet with foil. Lay wings flat on the baking sheet and BROIL a few minutes each side or until crisp.
  2. Top with leftover sauce from slow cooker
