Ingredients

  • 1.52 lb cooked turkey or chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 lb potatoes or sweet potatoes, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 3 celery stalks, chopped
  • 15 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 12 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir to mix well.
