Ingredients

  • 2 lbs skirt steak
  • 1 lb potatoes, chopped
  • 1 lb green beans
  • 1 small onion, sliced

Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup water
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp evoo
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, omit for whole30)

Instructions

  1. Add steak, potatoes and green beans to the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl mix together sauce ingredients.
  3. Pour sauce into the slow cooker making sure all the ingredients get wet.
  4. Cook HIGH 3-4 hours or LOW 6-8.
