Slow Cooker Chicken & Baked Beans

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chicken thighs
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 lb northern beans, soaked
  • 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Add broth, honey, ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper to the bottom of the slow cooker. Stir to mix well.
  2. Add chicken, northern beans and onions.
  3. Stir again until all the ingredients are well blended.
  4. Cook HIGH 3-4 hours or LOW 6-7.
