Slow Cooker Thai Beef Curry (Paleo/Whole30)

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. beef, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 34 cups Slow Cooker Coconut-Curry Sauce
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil (or cilantro), chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
  2. Stir to mix well.
  3. Cook HIGH 3-4, LOW 6-8.
