- 3 lb pork butt
- 2 tsp liquid smoke
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup Whole30/Paleo BBQ sauce
- Add pork to the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Top with liquid smoke and salt.
- Pour bbq sauce on top.
- Cook HIGH 4-6 hours or LOW 8-10.
- Remove pork from the slow cooker and shred with 2 forks.
- Place shredded pork back into the slow cooker until ready to serve.
