- 8 eggs
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Spray the slow cooker generously with cooking spray.
- In a medium size bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until well blended. Pour mixture into the slow cooker.
- Cook HIGH 2-4 hours or LOW 4-6.
