- 12 eggs
- 16 ounces meat, cooked
- 8 ounces your vegetables, diced
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Spray the slow cooker generously with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Fold in meat & vegetables. Pour mixture into the slow cooker.
- Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6.
