Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 16 ounces meat, cooked
  • 8 ounces your vegetables, diced
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker generously with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Fold in meat & vegetables. Pour mixture into the slow cooker.
  4. Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6.
