This bacon avocado breakfast casserole is easy to make & packed with flavor. Great for meal prep, this pork-filled casserole can be made in your slow cooker or Instant Pot.
Ingredients
Bacon Avocado Eggs Milk Veggies Seasonings Cheese
Cook & crumble the bacon. Mash avocado with a fork until smooth.
Add eggs and seasonings to a bowl. Stir in bacon, avocado, onions, and peppers.
Spray a slow cooker with cooking spray and pour in the mixture. Cook on high for 3 hours.
You can also make this casserole in the Instant Pot!
