This one-pot rotisserie chicken dinner makes meal time easy! Your preferred cut of chicken, potatoes & veggies cook together in this simple slow cooker or Instant Pot recipe.
Add chicken to the slow cooker.
Combine the seasonings. Season the chicken with the rotisserie seasonings.
Pierce potatoes a few times and place on top of the chicken.
Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW
4-6 hours. Remove the potatoes, add the green beans. Cook an additional 30-45 minutes.
Pour 1 cup chicken broth into the pressure cooker.
Mix together the seasonings. Season the chicken and add to the pot.
Pierce potatoes with a fork, wrap them in foil, and add them on top of the chicken.
Close lid and seal valve. Set high pressure and cook
15 minutes. Quick release pressure.
Using tongs, remove potatoes and chicken. Add the green beans.
