SAUSAGE AND VEGETABLE FRITTATA

This easy frittata recipe pairs all-natural turkey sausage and your favorite veggies for a simple yet delicious egg dish.

INGREDIENTS

JENNIE-O® All Natural Turkey Sausage Tomatoes Bell Pepper Onion Sweet Potato Eggs Salt Pepper Almond Milk

Preheat oven to 350. Add turkey sausage and vegetables to cast iron skillet.

SKILLET

Whisk together eggs, almond milk, salt & pepper. Pour mixture into skillet making sure it settles evenly. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until eggs are set.

You can also make this frittata in the slow cooker.  Add all the ingredients in the slow cooker and let it cook for 2 hours on HIGH or until the eggs are set.
