Ingredients
leg of lamb beef broth rosemary paste

Season lamb generously. Prepare rosemary paste and rub on lamb. Add broth to slow cooker and add leg of lamb. Cook for 4 hours on high.
Slow Cooker Method
INSTANT POT METHOD
Sauté the lamb until browned. Add in broth and deglaze the pot. Add rosemary paste on lamb and cook on high for 15 minutes.
To complete the meal serve with slow cooker mashed potatoes.
You can use bone-in or boneless leg of lamb for this recipe!
