PINEAPPLE TERIYAKI PORK CHOPS

Baked Pineapple  Teriyaki Pork Chops

A homemade, paleo teriyaki sauce bakes on top of pork chops in this healthy yet flavorful recipe. So versatile it’s good for Sunday dinner or meal prep!

Ingredients

Pork Chops Pineapple Slices Coconut Aminos Garlic Cloves | Rice Vinegar Water | Honey | Ginger Arrowroot Starch

OVEN

Preheat oven to 375°.  Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Lay the pork chops in the bottom of the baking dish. Lay the pineapple slice on top of each chop.

Whisk together sauce ingredients and pour on top of pork.

BAKE

Bake 35 minutes in preheated oven, or until the internal temperature of the chops has reached 145°F.

TIPS

This recipe can be easily doubled or even tripled for larger crowds.  It's okay if chops overlap a little bit to fit in baking dish.
