BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS

These healthy buffalo chicken wings are lactose-free, low-carb/keto, paleo, whole30, and use a homemade ranch mix! Make this gameday wings  recipe in your slow cooker or Instant Pot.

 KEY INGREDIENTS

Chicken Wings  Hot Sauce | Ghee  HOMEMADE RANCH Dried, Chopped Onions Parsley | Chives Dill Weed | Garlic Powder Onion Powder | Salt

Add wings to the bottom of the slow cooker. In a small bowl, mix together sauce ingredients.

Pour sauce into the slow cooker covering all the wings. Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6.

Remove wings from slow cooker. Line a baking sheet with foil. Lay wings  flat on the baking sheet and BROIL a few minutes each side or until  crisp.

Optional but recommended steps

SERVE

Top with leftover sauce from slow cooker and serve with homemade ranch.
