SCRAMBLED EGGS

Slow cooker scrambled eggs is the perfect recipe for a holiday breakfast or brunch. You can cook dozens of eggs all at once in this easy egg recipe.

 KEY INGREDIENTS

Eggs Buttermilk or Cream Shredded Cheese Butter  Salt And Pepper

Rub butter generously all over the inside of the slow cooker. Cooking spray is not enough, you need to use butter. If you skip this  step your eggs will stick and burn to the sides of the slow cooker.

In a large bowl, mix together eggs, milk (or cream), cheese, salt & pepper. Pour mixture into the buttered slow cooker.

Cook HIGH 3-4 hours or LOW 6-8. Fluff eggs with a fork to scramble.
