KETO AIR FRYER  FRIED MUSHROOMS

Keto air fryer fried mushrooms are a healthy alternative to a classic appetizer. Cook these fried mushrooms to perfection in the air fryer in less than 15 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

Large White Mushrooms Eggs | Almond Flour Ground Pork Rinds Salt | Pepper Garlic Powder | Onion Powder Paprika | Cooking Spray

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Whisk the eggs in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, ground pork rinds, and spices.

PREPARE BREADING

Dip the mushroom in the egg, then in the almond flour mixture and place in the air fryer basket. Repeat this process until all the mushrooms are used. Do not overlap.

BREAD MUSHROOMS

Spray the tops of the mushrooms lightly with cooking spray. Cook for 6 minutes at 400 degrees. Shake or flip the mushrooms. Cook an additional 6 minutes.

SERVE
