4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (up to 2 pounds)
Marinade
1/2cupoil
1/2cup fresh cilantro
Juice of 3 limes (approximately 6 tablespoons)
2 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
Add chicken to a large bowl or plastic bag. Blend marinade ingredients together until smooth. Pour marinade over chicken. Cover & marinate minimum 30 minutes, up to 24 hours.
When ready to cook, add the chicken to the air fryer in a single layer. You might have to cook your chicken do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Discard any remaining marinade.
Cook 380 degrees for 15-20 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through. Make sure the internal temperature of the cooked chicken is 165 degrees before serving.
