Air Fryer Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, deveined & peeled
Marinade:
  • 1/2 cup oil (I used extra-virgin olive oil)
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos (or low-sodium soy sauce)
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • Pinch salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl or plastic bag, mix together the marinade ingredients. Add shrimp and toss until all shrimp are coated.
  2. Place bowl in the refrigerator and marinate for 30 minutes. When done, remove shrimp and discard the marinade.
  3. Set air fryer temperature for 350. Cook shrimp for 8 minutes, flipping shrimp halfway through cooking at the 4 minute mark.
