Air Fryer Herb Turkey Breast Tenderloin

  • 2 turkey breast tenderloins (approximately 24 ounces)
  • 1 teaspoon oil of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt (or more)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Rub tenderloins all over with the oil and season evenly with the Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Cook 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, flipping the tenderloins halfway through cooking time. You’ll know it’s done when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
  3. Let the turkey breast tenderloins rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Slice the into 2-inch slices and serve.
