2 turkey breast tenderloins (approximately 24 ounces)
1 teaspoon oil of your choice
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 1/2 teaspoon salt (or more)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Rub tenderloins all over with the oil and season evenly with the Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cook 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, flipping the tenderloins halfway through cooking time. You’ll know it’s done when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Let the turkey breast tenderloins rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Slice the into 2-inch slices and serve.
