  • 1 lb lean ground meat
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Make sausage patties to desired size and thickness.
