Herb Baked Meatballs (Paleo,Whole30,Low-Carb)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are blended together.
  3. Shape mixture into 20 to 24 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs. Place 1 inch apart in pan.
  4. Bake uncovered 18 to 22 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

If freezing – let cool completely. Remove from pan and lay flat in a zip-lock bag. Freeze for up to 6 months.
