- 1 pound ground meat
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the meatballs
- In a medium size bowl, mix together all the ingredients together until well blended.
- Shape into 10-12 evenly round meatballs.
Air Fryer
- Add the prepared meatballs to the air fryer basket in a single layer, do not overlap. You may need to cook your meatballs in batches depending on how big your air fryer is.
- Cook 380 degrees for 9-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
Bake
- Preheat oven to 375. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray. Add the prepared meatballs in a single layer to the baking sheet.
- Bake uncovered 18 to 22 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
