Ingredients

  • 2 lbs bones (beef or chicken)
  • 23 celery stalks, chopped
  • 23 carrots, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to the slow cooker.
  2. Add enough water to cover all the ingredients.
  3. Cook LOW 8-10 hours or HIGH 4-5.
  4. Strain broth.
