Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs crawfish
  • 1 lb. red potatoes, cut in half
  • 2-3 ears of corn, cut in half
  • 3 lemons, cut in half
  • 5 cups water
Homemade Old Bay Seasoning:
  • 2 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger

Instructions

Pre-boiled Crawfish

  1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir to mix well.
  3. Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6.
  4. Darin the water and serve.

Fresh Crawfish

  1. Add all the ingredients EXCEPT the crawfish to the slow cooker. Stir to mix well.
  2. Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6.
  3. Gently stir in crawfish an additional cook 15-30 minutes.
  4. Drain the water and serve.
