  1. Add onion, bell pepper, broth, tomatoes, garlic to the slow cooker. Stir to mix well.
  2. Add fish on top of tomato mixture. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and herbs on top of fish. Pour broth on top.
  3. Cook HIGH 1-2 hours or 2-4.
