Slow cooker jambalaya is a Louisiana-inspired recipe made with chicken, smoked sausage, shrimp, and bold seasonings. The chicken, sausage, and vegetables cook together in the crockpot before shrimp and rice are added near the end. This easy one-pot meal is packed with protein and can be made with cooked white rice or uncooked cauliflower rice for healthier options.
