8ouncesvegetables of your choice, diced
1cupmilk of your choice
1 teaspoon salt (or more)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Spray the slow cooker generously with cooking spray.
In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Fold in meat & vegetables. Pour mixture into the slow cooker.
