Slow cooker pork loin is a tender and flavorful main dish made with minimal prep and just a handful of ingredients. Perfect for weeknight dinners, meal prep, or even a low-key holiday meal. The slow cooker ensures the pork stays moist while the seasonings create a savory flavor. Serve it sliced with the cooking juices and pair it with your favorite sides for a complete meal. Instructions to make pork loin in the Instant Pot are also included.
