Ingredients

  • 24 eggs
  • 2 cups milk or cream of your choice
  • 2 cups shredded cheese of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons salt (or more)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Rub butter generously all over the inside of the slow cooker.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, cheese, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Pour mixture into the buttered slow cooker.
  4. Cook HIGH for 2 to 3 hours or LOW 4 to 6. Stir halfway through if you can.
  5. Fluff eggs with a fork to scramble.
