Ingredients

  • 1 small rack of ribs (approximately 1 1/2 - 2 pounds)
  • 1 cup your preferred BBQ sauce
Homemade Seasoning Salt:
  • 2 teaspoons salt (or more)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

Instructions

  1. Rinse & pat dry the ribs. Remove the membrane.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the seasoning salt. Season the ribs with the mixture evenly on both sides.
  3. Cook 370 degrees for 15 minutes. Flip the ribs and cook an additional 10 minutes.
  4. Add the BBQ sauce on top of the ribs. Cook 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
