In a large bowl, mix all the meatloaf ingredients. Shape the meat into a loaf and place on a sheet of foil or directly into the slow cooker.
Add the chopped potatoes around the meatloaf. Season the potatoes with salt & pepper. If your meatloaf is in the foil, pour 1/4 cup of water on the potatoes.
Cook on HIGH 3-4 hours or LOW 6-8.

30 minutes before cook time is completed, spread ketchup on top of meatloaf, cover & cook. Or cook fully, spread the ketchup on top, and broil it in the oven for a few minutes.
