TERIYAKI BEEF SLAW

Slow cooker teriyaki beef slaw is an easy low-carb, paleo & whole30 recipe. You can also make this healthy beef dish in the Instant Pot.

 KEY INGREDIENTS

Beef Flank Or Sirloin Steak Packaged Coleslaw Oil TERIYAKI SAUCE Coconut Aminos | Rice Vinegar Sesame Oil | Ginger Garlic Clove | Honey Salt And Pepper

Add beef to the slow cooker. In a small bowl, mix together teriyaki sauce ingredients. Pour sauce on top of beef. Stir to mix well.

SLOW COOKER

Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6. Stir in coleslaw. Cook an additional 15-30 minutes or until coleslaw has softened to your liking.

Brown beef in the Instant Pot. Remove beef. Deglaze the pot by adding the teriyaki sauce. 

INSTANT POT

Add beef back to Instant Pot. Place coleslaw on top.  Do Not stir! Close lid and seal valve. Set manual high pressure to 0 minutes. Quick release pressure.

so easy!

Just stir and serve!
