Instructions

Prepare The Kabobs

  1. If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before using.
  2. In a large bowl, add the meat and vegetables. Pour the Tony Chachere’s 30–minute marinade on top of the food. Mix so all the ingredients are covered in the marinade.
  3. Cover and marinate in the refrigerate for 30 minutes (or more).
  4. To assemble kabobs: layer steak and veggies onto the skewers. Add 2 pieces of chopped onion at the same time. Discard remaining marinade.

Air Fryer

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
  2. Add the prepared marinated beef kabobs.
  3. Cook 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
