ToggleIngredients For Air Fryer Creole Beef Kabobs
In this easy Creole recipe, kabob ingredients are marinated & then air fried to perfection.
- Tony Chachere’s 30-Minutes Steakhouse Marinade: The key ingredient in this recipe is Tony’s Chachere’s Steakhouse marinade. Celebrating its 50th year in production, Tony Chachere’s is a stable in households nationwide. Their products are the perfect blend of Creole & Cajun flavors.
- Beef: Cut the beef into 1-inch pieces. I use beef sirloin. Other suggestions include flank steak or beef stew meat.
- Vegetables: Use 1.5 pounds of your preferred kabob ingredients. What you see here is bell peppers, mushrooms, red onion, and zucchini. Other suggestions include cherry tomatoes or even fresh garlic cloves.

How To Make Air Fryer Beef Kabobs
Making beef kabobs is super easy, especially when you use the air fryer. For me, the tedious part of this recipe is cutting up the meat & veggies.
Prepare The Kabobs
- If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes prior to usage.
- In a large bowl, add the meat and vegetables. Pour the marinade on top. Stir to mix well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerate for 30 minutes (or more).
- To assemble kabobs: layer steak and veggies onto the skewers. Add 2 pieces of chopped onion at the same time. Discard remaining marinade.
Air Fryer
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Add the prepared marinated beef kabobs. Optional step is to sprinkle some more Tony Chachere’s on top.
- Cook 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Don’t have an air fryer? That’s okay. Other cooking methods include grilling the Creole beef kabob or broiling them in the oven.
GRILL: Lightly grease grill. Grill the prepared skewers approximately 3-4 minutes each side.
BROIL: Place prepared skewers on a baking pan and broil approximately 3-4 minutes each side.
