- 2 Cornish hens
- 2 tbsp The Spice Cave’s WIND seasoning
- 1 tsp The Spice Cave’s MOJO seasoning
- 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 lb green beans
- 1/4 lb white sweet potatoes
- 1 tsp ghee
- Mix together WIND and MOJO seasoning. Season meat with 2 tbsp of seasoning and add to the slow cooker.
- Add remaining vegetables around meat in slow cooker.
- Sprinkle remaining 1 tsp of seasoning on vegetables.
- Add ghee to top of hens and on some of the vegetables.
- Cook HIGH 3-4 hours or LOW 6-7.
