Ingredients

  • 1 lb meatballs, cooked (see my Herb Baked Meatballs)
  • 56 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 zucchini, zoodled
  • 5 ounces vegetables, chopped or sliced (I used 1 celery stalk & 2 carrots)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
  2. Stir to mix well.
  3. Cook HIGH 2-3 hours, LOW 4-6.
