Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 1/2 cups brewed strong coffee
  • 3 cups almond milk
  • 3/4 cup pure pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice OR 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon + 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger + 1/4 teaspoon cloves, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

Slow Cooker

  1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir to mix well.
  2. Cook HIGH 2 hours or LOW 4.

Instant Pot

  1. Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot. Stir to mix well.
  2. Close lid and seal valve. Set high pressure for 3 minutes. When done, natural release 5 minutes then quick release any remaining pressure.

Optional final step: Strain the latte through a fine-mesh strainer to remove the sediment from the latte.
