CREAMY HERB PORK CHOPS

Slow Cooker/Instant Pot Creamy Herb Pork Chops

Pork chops cook in a creamy, homemade herb sauce in this easy recipe. Make this low-carb, paleo & whole30 recipe in your slow cooker or Instant Pot.

Ingredients

Pork Chops  Whipping Cream or Coconut Milk Garlic Cloves | Italian Seasoning Salt | Onion Powder | Pepper Ghee or Butter Water | Arrowroot Flour Chicken Broth (Instant Pot Only)

SLOW COOKER

Add whipping cream, Italian seasoning, salt, onion powder, pepper, and garlic to the slow cooker. Stir well. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and add to the slow cooker. Top with ghee/butter if using. Cook HIGH 2-3 hours or LOW 4-6 hours. 

Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides. Set Instant Pot to Sauté setting. Add oil and sear pork chops on both sides. Remove from pot and set aside.

Turn off pressure cooker. Add broth, Italian seasoning, salt, onion powder, pepper, and garlic. Stir to mix well. Add pork chops to the pressure cooker. Top with ghee/butter if using.

Cook for 7-10 minutes. When done, natural release pressure.  Remove pork chops and set aside. Turn the sauté on. Stir in the whipping cream/coconut milk. Return the pork chops to the pressure cooker until ready to serve. Top with sauce before serving.
