Add the sauce ingredients to the pressure cooker. Stir to mix well. Add the short ribs back into the pressure cooker.
Close lid and seal valve. Cook with high pressure for
45 minutes. When done cooking, quick release the pressure.
For low-carb, keto, paleo, and whole30 I suggest serving with cauliflower rice or mashed cauliflower like you see here.
Regular white or brown rice are also excellent options.
