  • Fresh Spinach
  • Cooked Artichokes
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Cream Cheese
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Garlic
  • Seasonings: salt, pepper

How To Make Spinach Artichoke Dip In The Crockpot

Slow Cooker

  1. Spray slow cooker generously with cooking spray.
  2. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker. Stir to mix well.
  3. Cook HIGH 2-3 hour or LOW 4-6.

Instant Pot

  1. Spray Instant Pot generously with cooking spray.
  2. Add all ingredients except the Parmesan cheese & mozzarella cheese. Be sure to add the 1/2 cup of water. Stir to mix well.
  3. Close lid and seal valve. Set high pressure and cook for 5 minutes. When cooking time is complete, quick release the pressure.
  4. Turn Instant Pot to warm. Add the Parmesan cheese & mozzarella cheese. Stir constantly until cheese is melted.

Can you use frozen spinach?

Technically you can but it’s better with fresh spinach.

Can you make this healthier?

Lower the fat in this recipe by using low-fat versions of the yogurt & cheese.

How do you serve this? 

I usually serve this dip with carrots and celery. This is also good served with crackers or chips. 

How do you store leftovers?

Store leftover crockpot spinach artichoke dip in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. 

What size slow cooker did you use?

I use a 3.5-quart slow cooker for this recipe. Feeding a larger crowd? Double the recipe and use a larger slow cooker.

  • 15 ounces artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cut up if in brick-form
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup water (for Instant Pot only)
